Becoming a client of Mother Nurtured Midwifery

The process for becoming a client is as follows:

1. First, read the following pages: About Home Birth, Location & Service Area, Financial Information, and FAQ pages. Write down any questions you may still have.
2. Complete consultation request form here.
3. The consultation will be a chance for the midwife to go over your consultation intake, ask questions about your health and birth wishes, and answer questions you still have.
4. If you would like to move forward after the consultation, qualifications are met, and your due date fits into our schedule, you will be accepted into care.
5. Complete your health history intake in Mobile Midwife: you will receive an invitation to do so via email.
6. Pay your retainer, set up payment schedule, and schedule your initial visit.
