Resources for Clients
If you have questions that are not addressed on this page or in your email handouts, please contact the midwife.
Scheduling PoliciesClick here to schedule or reschedule your appointment
Illness: If you or members of your household are sick on the day of a scheduled appointment, please call as soon as possible to discuss whether we should reschedule. Please remember that the midwife doesn't want to carry illness from home to home or have other clients potentially exposed to illness at the office... not to mention a sick midwife may be unable to attend births! Inclement weather: Please feel free to reschedule your appointment due to inclement weather in your town: your safety is always more important than a routine visit! Rescheduling: At times, I may need to reschedule your appointment due to a birth or the need to sleep after being up all night. Please understand as this is the nature of having such personalized care! When you're in labor, you'll be glad we prioritize births. :-) If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so using the link in the email confirmation you received when you scheduled the appointment or in your appointment reminder. DoulasWe love doulas and are happy to provide you with referrals to doulas with whom we have had wonderful experiences!
